Berea College Country Dancers

A recreational and performance group of Berea College students.


The Country Dancers grew out of a folk club at Berea College in 1938, to travel and share dance from the Appalachian region, England, and Denmark. Display dance from the British Isles has always been part of their repertoire, including Cotswold and Border Morris, Northwest Morris, English Clog Dance, Rapper, and Longsword dancing.
